Toilet paper is not the most efficient or healthful way to clean the anal and genital areas. Colored and perfumed paper is especially problematic for those with sensitive skins. Wiping with toilet paper may spread contaminants from the anal area and cause infections.
	Water cleaning sprays are more efficient because they penetrate skin wrinkles and crevices. Water cleaning avoids exposure to the chemicals with which toilet paper is often treated. Water spray cleaning avoids irritating rashes and irritations in these sensitive areas. 	Constipation is a condition in which bowel movements are infrequent (less than 3 times a week) or extremely difficult (a hard stool and/or the need to remain on the toilet for more than 20 minutes). It can lead to painful hemorrhoids and should be avoided. A diet rich in fruits, vegetables, and whole grains is helpful in preventing constipation. Hemorrhoids are a condition of varicose veins in the anal area which become engorged with blood and bulge painfully. Internal hemorrhoids are inside the rectum and are usually caused by straining during bowel movements. They may cause bleeding. Any rectal bleeding should be checked immediately by a physician. External hemorrhoids are swellings or protruding masses near the anal area. Symptoms include bleeding during or after bowel movements, bright red blood in the stool, mild burning or pain during bowel movements, protrusions from the anus during bowel movements, itching or painful lumps in the anus area. Eating a lot of fruits, vegetables and whole grains will ease bowel movements and help prevent and ease hemorrhoids. Feminine health issues
	Vaginal itch (also known as pruritus vulva or vulvae itching).
	Itching in the sensitive area may be caused by chemical irritants (detergents, fabric softeners, chemicals in toilet tissue, etc); vaginal yeast infections; and vaginitis, an irritation caused by other infections including sexually transmitted diseases. Menopause and stress may increase susceptibility to the problem. To treat and prevent the problem, keep the vaginal area clean and dry. Water spray washing and gentle during is very helpful. Gentle water washing with a bidet or peri-bottle during urination will help dilute the urine and reduce any stinging sensation. 	Bladder infection or urinary tract infection (UTI).
	Urinary tract infections usually develop first in the lower urinary tract (urethra, bladder) and, if not treated, progress to the upper urinary tract (ureters, kidneys). Symptoms of lower urinary tract infections include back pain, blood in the urine or cloudy urine, inability to urinate despite the urge, fever, painful urination, and general discomfort or malaise. 	Leucorrhoea
	This discharge of white mucus from the female genital tract is caused by poor nutrition, poor health, poor feminine hygiene or infection.
